Charming, finely cross-hatched pen drawings with a witty, storybook feel. One shows vigilant cats watching a dog from a window (“Neighbourhood Watch”); the other a moonlit serenade (“Bopp in love was a joy to behold but not a joy be heard”). Both are signed with the intertwined OD monogram and dated ’88, and are presented in matching simple black frames with window mounts.

Condition

  • Clean and bright overall. Minor age-related toning to mounts and light surface scuffs to glazing.
  • Bopp in Love: small rubbed/abraded area in the printed inscription at lower right (see close-up).
